After galvanizing, each panel gets a high-grade PVC dip coat — taking wire thickness from 3.4–3.8mm up to 4–5mm. This two-layer protection handles harsh South African sun, coastal salt air, and heavy rain — so your fence still looks great years from now.

We supply both I-posts and square posts based on your preference. Post height can exceed the panel height to support electric fencing or barbed wire, or match the panel for a clean finish. Posts are cemented deep underground for stability, and base plates are available for surface mounting.

The fully welded panel is submerged in molten zinc at 450°C. This coats every surface — including all weld joints — with a thick layer of corrosion-resistant zinc. This is what sets our fence apart.
After galvanizing, panels are dipped in premium PVC — building wire thickness from 3.4–3.8mm up to a robust 4–5mm. This second protective layer guards against UV damage, rain, salt air, and everyday wear.
Every panel is inspected for coating quality, weld integrity, and correct dimensions before it leaves our premises. We arrange delivery within the Western Cape, and for orders outside the Western Cape collection is preferred — though under special circumstances delivery nationwide and to neighbouring countries can be arranged. Professional installation can be arranged through accredited installers.
